We appreciate your visit and purchase from LePaige Soap & Bath Company. By making a purchase you are agreeing that you have read and accepted all of our policies and terms (Please also see Privacy Policy and Term of Service.)
Every sale is final. Before placing your order, please carefully read the descriptions of every product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be issued upon the discretion of the company (LePaige Soap & Bath Company) handled case-by-case where the company agrees that a product/item is not to the mutual satisfaction of both customer and company. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that funds may take a few days to become available depending on your bank and credit card companies.
Promo Codes
The company has the last say over whether to accept or reject any promo codes or discounts. There can only be one discount per order. Orders that have already been placed are not eligible for discounts.
Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, the company will either reimburse the customer or replace it with a comparable item at its discretion. Although it is rare, this is feasible. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any items due to the hygienic nature of our products. All sales are final.
Damages and issues
Our products are handmade and made in small batches. However, since no two goods will ever be exactly alike, some variations in size, color, consistency, or scent are common.
Within three days of the delivery date, you can request a replacement if the goods you received is found to be defective.
We will promptly rectify the error by shipping the item again as soon as possible if it seems to be missing from an order. Reporting missing products must be done within three days of the delivery date.
