Born and raised in Mississippi, where her grandparents worked the land, our founder, Paige, comes from a long line of exceptional cooks—grandmothers who nourished their loved ones with hearty meals and filled their homes with the warmth and fragrance of home-cooked goodness.
As a foodie and an artistic soul, Paige felt an innate connection between cooking and soap-making. Much like cooking, she saw soap-making as a delicate balance of art and science, where every ingredient could be chosen with care to create something beautiful, nourishing, and unique.
For years, Paige pursued her career path in the corporate world and eventually landed her dream job—the one she had prayed so hard for. But when the unexpected happened, and she was laid off, she made the brave decision to go all in on her long-held dream of entrepreneurship. What could have been the end of one chapter became the beginning of something far greater.
The dream of owning her own business had always been a part of her journey, and with the layoff came a chance to fully embrace that calling. Soap-making became the perfect canvas—allowing her to express her artistry, honor her heritage, and build a business that aligned with her values.
Striving forward on this journey has been as rewarding as it is challenging, and every bar of soap we create is a celebration of that perseverance.
